01. Purchases & Refunds

What are the type of payment plan?

Full payment plan

Where the student makes full payment before the first day of class.

2-month payment plan

1/2 payment is made before the first day of school while the other half is made in the first month of school with $25 USD interest charge.

3-month payment plan

1/3 payment made before the first day of school, the next 1/3 within the first month of school with $50 USD interest charge. Then the balance of the fee is paid within the second month of classes with a $50 USD interest charge.

Modified plan

Students should come in at least a week before the start of school and sit down with the registrar to develop a plan that is manageable to you. This plan requires approval from the Finance Committee.

What payment methods are available?

All payments should be paid to our Scotia Account Number #987520.  This can be done through direct deposit, cheque, credit/debit card machine, wire transfer and online transfer.

How do I get a refund?

Guided by the refund policy, students should apply to the Accounts department.

02. Registration & Accommodation

How do I register to the Learning Management System?

Once all your fees are paid the Information Technology Support team will be notified and you will receive an email with your password.  Your user name is your Student ID number.

What are the types of accommodation available?

We provide safe and secure home-stay and independent housing facilities.  Please complete the Student Accommodation Form and submit to the Administration office for accommodation.

03. International Students

Who is an international student?

International students are applicants who need permit/visa to live and study in the Jamaica.

How do I apply for Student Visa/Permit?

Students should submit their passport and relevant visa/permit fees to the office of the Registrar for processing to the Passport, Immigration and Citizenship Agency.
